Edit BMS alarm definitions: voltage and current thresholds, severity, response, register offset. Each entry validates against bms/alarm.schema.json. The save flow shows the rendered C macros (BMS_ALARM_*) before commit and routes the PR to Greg + Dave per CLAUDE.md ownership.
